Infinix is gearing up to launch its latest budget smartphone in the Indian market. The company has officially announced the introduction of the Infinix Smart 8 HD handset on December 8th, offering it in four color options – Crystal Green, Galaxy White, Shiny Gold, and Timber Black.
Serving as the successor to the Infinix Smart 7 HD, released in April of this year, the Smart 8 HD comes with notable upgrades. The design showcases dual rear cameras and an LED flash, neatly arranged within a rectangular camera module at the top left corner of the back panel. For a comfortable grip, the handset features a textured rear panel. The front camera is centrally positioned within a hole-punch cutout at the top of the display.
The Infinix Smart 8 HD boasts a 6.6-inch HD+ Sunlight Readable display with a peak brightness of 500 Nits, ensuring optimal visibility even in bright conditions. Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, UFS 2.2 storage, and Type C charging.
Regarding pricing, the Infinix Smart 8 HD is anticipated to be priced below Rs 9,000 in India. However, it’s important to note that this is speculative, and readers are advised to await the official announcement from the brand.
